I had a terrifying experience during my stay at Hotel Patluputra Exotica. Despite securely locking my room, someone attempted to forcibly enter at midnight—a clear and alarming security breach. I was so frightened that the police had to be called to resolve the situation. What shocked me even more was the behavior of the hotel manager, Mr. Abhishek Singh. Instead of addressing my safety, he responded aggressively and even threatened to physically assault me when I raised valid concerns. This is completely unacceptable and an appalling display of unprofessional conduct. Guests deserve a safe environment and respectful treatment. Sadly, Patluputra Exotica failed on both counts. I strongly urge the hotel’s upper management to take immediate action—both to strengthen security protocols and to address the conduct of Mr. Singh. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay here at your own risk.

Found rooms are quite bigger and enough space to walkinto ..with all kind of amenities what a room requires..1.4 km away from Patna junction and in the mid of the main business hub of the city . However smell of the hotel gives you the feel of the hotel age, that why have to give 4 star rating Restaurant staff was good , was served by BABLU, and found him good in his service ..

Service is very bad. Room is overpriced. Terrible amenities. Mini fridge was not working. Ac was also not cooling properly. I asked for water and received it after 3 hours. They did not even provide slippers in the room, i had to ask for it on the reception. Basic facility is not there and still they charge 4500+taxes. For what? Smoking room was so terrible that i was getting exhausted due to the smoke. Trust me guys do not visit this hotel it will be a pathetic experience.

Mr bablu,akbar,gaurav All the faculty members and their behaviour is up to the mark . Good quality food with delicious sweet is provided at the right time. A positive atmosphere with a home like behaviour issue given. Reception managed all the work at the right time and the rooms are totally hygienic and clean

Akbar, bablu,gaurav the kindest staff who served us so weekly and kindly . They treated us like family . They fulfilled our wishes willingly . And they offered us ice cream for our victory and there food was amazing they personally watched our basketball match and prayed for our win .

The best part of my stay was how peaceful and clean everything felt despite being right in the heart of Patna. The room was well-kept, and the bed was really comfortable. Service was polite, though a little more promptness would make it perfect. Overall, a great experience—I’d happily stay again.

The room was super clean and exactly what I needed after long days in the city. The central location is unbeatable—close to everything but surprisingly peaceful inside. Service could be a bit more attentive, but I still give it 5 stars because of the comfort and ease of the stay.
